井架起升计算方法比较与结果验证

摘　　要：井架起升力计算,是井架设计中一项最基本的设计任务。起升方式不同,所用的计算方法也有所区别。下面以兰石生产的一种人字架起升井架为例,分别采用手工建立力平衡方程、计算机辅助软件SAFI建模这两种方法进行计算。将得到最终的计算结果进行比较,并用实际起升时测得的真实数据进行验证。The calculation of derrick raising force is the basic task in designing the derrick. The calculation methods will com-ply with the different types of raising. Taking A-frame derrick that is manufactured by LS for example, two calculation meth-ods of force balance equation established by manual and module-established by computer auxiliary software SAFL are adopted respectively. The two calculating results are compared afterward, and the actual data that is measured based on the practical raising is then verified.
