摘　　要：在汽车的装配中,变速箱轴承异响是管理者常常遇到的问题。异响是多个因素造成的,本文首先分析了轴承异响的表现形式,然后利用鱼骨图这种质量管理方法来进行分析,结合检测中的多组数据,进而确定轴承异响的原因。并结合自己的工作经验提出了有效的预防措施,对减少异响的产生有积极意义。In the assembly of cars, problem of the abnormal sound of the gearbox bearing often occurs, and the abnormal sound is caused by multiple factors. In this article, the form of bearing abnormal sound is firstly analyzed, and then it is ana-lyzed by using the fishbone diagram which is a quality management method. Combining with the data of detection, causes of the bearing abnormal sound are then determined. Finally, effective prevention measures are put forward by combining with the work experience. This article has positive significance to the reduction of abnormal sound production.
