临床药师参与癌痛患者管理的体会

摘　　要：目的探索临床药师开展癌痛患者药学服务的工作模式。方法临床药师以创建癌痛规范化治疗示范病房为切入点,通过参与癌痛评估,制定药物止痛治疗方案,指导患者用药,开展面向患者的药学服务。结果临床药师参与癌痛患者的管理,提高了患者的用药依从性,降低了患者的疼痛评分;结论临床药师参与的癌痛多学科管理模式是行之有效的。Objective To investigate the service pattern of clinical pharmacists for patients with cancer pain. Methods As a part of the establishment of the caner pain standardized treatment demonstration ward, the clinical pharmacist carried out clinical pharmacy services for patients by participating in the evaluation of cancer pain, planning of drug pain treatment and medication guidance on patients. Results The work of clinical pharmacist in cancer pain management improved the patients’medication adherence and decreased their pain scores. Conclusions It is effective that clinical pharmacists par-ticipate in multidisciplinary management mode for caner pain patients.
