摘　　要：目的分析1例伴高钙血症癌痛患者的用药情况,探讨临床药师在癌痛药物使用过程中的作用。方法针对具体案例参与个体化镇痛治疗方案的设计与调整,及时监测镇痛药品的不良反应并提出药学干预建议,保证临床合理用药。结果临床药师根据癌痛治疗原则,结合高钙血症的临床特点,通过开展药学监护协助医师全面、准确地评估患者的疼痛及不良反应,选择合理的给药方案使患者疼痛缓解,血钙水平降至正常。结论临床药师在癌痛药物的临床合理用药中发挥了一定的促进作用。Objective To analyze the medication for one patient with cancer pain and hypercalcemia, and to investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the use of pain medication. Methods Aiming at the specific case, clinical pharmacists participated in the design and adjustment of individual analgesic therapy, monitored the adverse reactions and put forward proposal of pharmaceutical intervention. Results According to the principle of pain therapy, in combination with the clini-cal characteristics of hypercalcemia, clinical pharmacists assisted physicians in evaluating the patient’s pain and adverse reactions comprehensively and accurately, and selecting rational dosage regimen successfully through developing pharma-ceutical care. The patient finally had her pain relieved and her hypercalcemia level reduced to normal. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists played a positive role in the rational use of anti-cancer pain drugs.
