摘  要:本研究利用钾长石矿物嵌布不均匀的自然特性,以差异化利用为原则,研发了不同等级钾长石矿的合理开发工艺流程。以河南某钾长石矿为研究对象,针对高品位钾长石矿采用磨矿—分级—湿式强磁选除铁工艺,在原矿Fe2O3质量分数为0.247%时,得到产率为76.68%、Fe2O3质量分数为0.078%的釉料级钾长石微粉;针对中品位钾长石矿采用磨矿—脱泥—浮选—强磁选除铁工艺流程,在无氟和弱酸性条件下,实现了长石石英的有效分离,在原矿K2O品位为8.27%、Fe2O3质量分数为0.36%时,获得产率为51.02%、K2O品位为11.08%、Fe2O3质量分数为0.091%的高品质钾长石精矿;针对低品位钾长石矿采用磨矿—脱泥—湿式强磁选除铁工艺,在原矿K2O品位为7.03%、Fe2O3质量分数为0.78%时,得到产率为72.73%、Fe2O3质量分数为0.0756%的低档陶瓷配方钾长石精矿。A rational technological process for the various grades of potash feldspar was developed in light of the natural characteristics of uneven dissemination of potash feldspar and taking the principle of differentiated utilization.The research was conducted on a potash feldspar in Henan by the process of grinding-screening-wet high intensity magnetic separation for the high grade potash feldspar.With Fe2O3 in raw ore being 0.247%,the glaze level feldspar concentrate with the yield of 76.68%,K2 O content Fe2 O 0.078% and Fe2O3 grade 0.091% could be produced.For the medium grade potash feldspar to be disposed by the process of grinding-desliming-flotation-wet high intensity magnetic separation and iron removal,under the conditions of fluorine free and weak acid,the effective separation of feldspar and quart was made.When K2 O grade in raw ore was 8.27%and Fe2O3 0.36%,the high quality concentrate with the yield of51.02%,Fe2 O 0.091%and K2 O 11.08%could be produced.For the low grade ceramic batch feldspar to be disposed by the process of grinding-desliming-flotation-wet high intensity magnetic separation and iron removal,with K2 O in raw ore being 7.03% and Fe2O30.78%,the low grade ceramic batch concentrate with the yield of 72.73% and Fe2O30.0756% could be produced.
