摘 要:结合乌龙泉矿对控制生产成本关键影响因素的实际需求,采用邓氏关联度、绝对关联度和B型关联度等算法,分别经过初值化、均值化、百分比、倍数变换等不同的无量纲化处理方法,分析了该矿生产成本及其影响因素的各种灰色关联序。各种关联序的排序结果变化差异较大,存在着不同程度的敏感性。针对灰色关联序的敏感性带来的排序困难,依据序优先原则,采用基于加权频数的关联度排序方法,全面地综合了基于不同关联度算法和无量纲化方法的关联序信息,有效地减少因关联度算法和无量纲化方法的选择差异带来的片面性。该方法操作简便,分析结果与实际情况吻合,可以广泛应用于生产企业的相关问题分析。According to the actual demand of controlling the key influence factors of production costs in Wulongquan Mine,Deng's relational degree,grey absolute correlation degree and B type association degree are adopted respectively to analyze the grey incidence order between production costs and the related influence factors based on the different dimensionless methods such as initial value converting method,equalization method,fractional variation method and multiple transformation method.The results show that there are different sensitivity degrees of various grey incidence orders.Considering the ordering difficulty brought by grey incidence order sensitivity,a new ranking method is put forward based on weighted frequency to deal with the above several grey incidence orders and determine the final ranking result according to the principle of sequence priority.The method can reflect comprehensively the grey incidence order information and reduce effectively one-sidedness brought by different correlation algorithms and dimensionless methods.The method is very simple to calculate and the result is in line with the actual situation.It can be widely used in the related analysis of production enterprises.
