摘 要:采用药剂稳定化技术处理制酸行业产生的硫化砷渣,使用正交试验法研究了三氧化二铁、聚合硫酸铁、聚合氯化铝、DD-M,DD-F、蛇纹石绒等药剂对砷的稳定效果,使用均匀试验法确定了较佳的处理工艺参数,使用X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、和扫描电镜(SEM)等技术对部分均匀试验样品进行了表征。试验结果表明:DDF对降低砷的浸出浓度具有显著的效果,而DD-M、聚合硫酸铁和聚合氯化铝具有比较显著的效果。当DD-F的加入量为硫化砷渣质量的22.5%,DD-M加入量为硫化砷渣质量的50%、聚合硫酸铁加入量为硫化砷渣质量的20%、聚合氯化铝加入量为硫化砷渣质量的15%时,砷的浸出质量浓度为1.25 mg/L,达到了危险废物填埋污染控制标准。The technology of stabilization was used to treat the arsenic sulfide sludge from the acid making industry. The orthogonal test method was used to investigate the effect of ferric oxide, PFS, PAC, DD-M, DD-F and chrysotile. The uniform experiment was used to confirm the best technological parameters. Powder X-ray difraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and Scanning Electron microscope(SEM) were used to characterize the uniform experiment samples. The results showed that: the DD-F has obvious effects to lower the leaching concentrate of arsenic, while DD-M, PFS and PAC has less obvious effect. Under the condition that the weight of DD-F is 22.5% of arsenic sulfide, the weight of DD-M is 50% of arsenic sulfide, the weight of poly ferric sulfate is 20% of arsenic sulfide and the weight of poly aluminum chloride is 15% of arsenic sulfide, the leaching concentrate of arsenic is 1.25 mg/L, which meets the hazardous waste landfill pollution control standard.
