摘 要:水下跨接管作为构建完整水下生产系统必不可缺的重要部分,通常可用于水下采油树、水下管汇类(CM/PLEM/ILM)、管线终端(PLET)、立管基座和输油管线等之间的连接,在水下生产系统中有着极为广泛的应用。水下跨接管根据其管线材料可分为刚性跨接管和柔性跨接管。通过对各类跨接管特点的介绍以及水下刚性跨接管制造测试关键技术的论述,分析了水下跨接管国产化的现状,对推进我国水下跨接管、水下连接器的国产化进程有一定的借鉴意义。Subsea flowline jumper is as an important part to establishing a whole subsea production system, and usually used as a connection between subsea trees, manifolds(CM/PLEM/ILM), PLETs, Risers and pipelines etc. It has a very wide range of application in the subsea production system. According to the pipeline material of jumper, it includes rigid jumper and flexible jumper. Based on the introduction of classification and characteristics of the jumper and discussion of the key technologies for manufacturing and testing of rigid jumper, analyze the localization situation and prospect of jumper, which has some reference to promote localization of subsea jumper and connector.
