摘　　要：目的:通过临床药师参与17例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤老年患者的治疗实践,探讨药师在合理用药中发挥的作用。方法:临床药师积极参与了该病患者治疗方案的制定,针对患者药物选择、剂量调整、不良反应处理等提出合理化的建议,并对患者实施药学监护。结果:临床药师参与治疗,提高了临床治疗效果。结论:临床药师参与临床实践与临床医师密切配合,有助于更好地开展临床药学服务工作,促进临床合理用药,更好地为患者服务。Objective: To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in rational drug use through the pharmaceutical care for 17 patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Methods: The clinical pharmacists actively participated in 17 patients' treatment, proposed reasonable suggestions on drug selection, dosage adjustment and side effect prevention, meanwhile took full implementation of pharmaceutical care. Results:The clinical pharmacists' participating in the treatment practice helped improve the clinical treatment effect. Conclusion: The clinical pharmacists cooperated with clinicians in clinical practices, so the clinical pharmacy service for patients can be improved.
