右旋美托咪定静脉泵注治疗麻醉诱导后阴茎勃起的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察右旋美托咪定对全麻诱导后发生阴茎异常勃起治疗的有效性。方法:随机选择我院择期手术全身麻醉诱导后、行留置导尿术时发生阴茎勃起,5 min内未自行消退的患者23例,按序贯法随机分为3组分别处理。C组:无特殊处理;D1组:静脉联合泵注右旋美托嘧啶0.5μg·kg-1·h-1;D2组:静脉联合泵注右旋美托嘧啶1μg·kg-1·h-1,直至阴茎疲软;分别记录完全疲软时间。结果:D2组勃起时间较C、D1两组明显缩短(P<0.05),C、D1两组勃起时间比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:全麻诱导后患者发生阴茎异常勃起时,采用静脉泵注较大剂量右旋美托咪定(1μg·kg-1·h-1)可获得快速显著的治疗效果。Objective: To observe the effectiveness of dexmedetomidine on priapism after general anes-thesia induction. Methods: Twenty-three cases of patients receiving the induction of general anesthesia were selected into the study, who got priapism for at least five minutes while indwelling catheterization. According to the sequential method, all the patients were randomly divided into the following three groups respectively: group C (no special treatment), group D1 (combined with intravenous infusion of dexmedetomi-dine 0.5 μg·kg-1·h-1), and group D2 (combined with intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine 1 μg·kg-1·h-1). The weakened time of priapism was recorded. Results: In group D2, the erectile time was shortened obvi-ously than those in both group C and D1 (P<0.05). Simultaneously, no significant difference was found be-tween the groups C and D1 (P>0.05). Conclusion: Using intravenous infusion of higher dose dexmedetomi-dine (1 μg·kg-1·h-1) can obtain rapid and significant treatment effect on the occurrence of priapism induced by indwelling catheterization after general anesthesia induction.
