摘  要:目的:考察年龄、性别、肝功能、肾功能以及是否怀孕这五大因素对汉族人外周血二氢尿嘧啶脱氢酶(DPD)活力的影响,为制定符合我国汉族人群实际的氟尿嘧啶类药物使用指南提供参考。方法:选取460份汉族人的血样分成5个大组,以外周血全血温孵的方法分别考察年龄、性别、肝功能、肾功能以及是否怀孕这五大因素对外周血DPD活力的影响。结果:汉族人外周血DPD活力与年龄负相关,与性别无关,当个体肝肾功能异常时,外周血DPD活力降低,当个体怀孕时,外周血DPD活力增强。结论:使用氟尿嘧啶类药物时,当患者为老人或肝肾功能异常时,应适当减量;当患者为无法避免用药的孕妇时,要注意怀孕导致药物代谢的异常加快。Objective: The study is aimed at investigating the effects of age, gender, hepatic function, kidney function and pregnancy on the activity of dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD), and providing theoretical guidance for the application of fluorouracil drugs in Chinese Han population. Methods: A total of 460 blood samples from Chinese Han population were collected and tested by incubation. Five factors affecting the activity of DPD in peripheral blood, including age, gender, hepatic function, kidney function and pregnancy, were investigated. Results: In the Chinese Han population, there was no relevance between gender and the activity of DPD. The activity of DPD in peripheral blood decreased with the age, strength-ened in pregnant women, and decreased in people with hepatic or renal disorders. Conclusion: When fluo-rouracil drugs are given to Chinese Han population, it is unnecessary to consider any adjustment of dosage for different genders. For the aged patients and those with disorders in liver or kidney function, it is nec-essary to reduce the dosage. For pregnant women in need of fluorouracil drugs, significant enhancement of the activity of DPD should be considered.
