摘　　要：胰十二指肠切除术后早期肠内营养已被证明是安全可靠的,但术后早期肠内营养开始的具体时机尚不明确,采用的途径、肠内营养液的选择也需要探究。本文围绕胰十二指肠切除术后早期肠内营养相比于肠外营养的优势以及开始时机、方式、途径以及肠内营养液的选择作一综述。Early enteral nutrition has been proven to be safe and reliable after pancreaticoduodenecto-my, but the start time and the way of early enteral nutrition and how to select nutrition agents are not clear which need further research. This article reviewed the advantage of early enteral nutrition after pan-creaticoduodenectomy compared with parenteral nutrition, as well as the start time, way and the choice of enteral nutrient agents.
