摘　　要：采用回顾性调查方法，用2013年底修改后的比阿培南的DUE标准，对我院2014年1月~6月共175例比阿培南的使用情况进行分析评价。结果表明比阿培南DUE标准的修订，可以更好地促进比阿培南的临床合理应用。Retrospective drug use evaluation (DUE) was applied on medicinal records from January to June 2013, and some modified countermeasures were put forward. The modified DUE was applied from January to June 2014 on 175 records from patients who took the drug therapy of biapenem. Through continuous improvement, the results of some indicators were improved, but there were still places to be improved.
