儿科使用热毒宁注射液致26例不良反应及分析

摘　　要：热毒宁注射液在儿科广泛用于上呼吸道感染、手足口病等以病毒感染为主的疾病，用量较大。为关注其安全性，回顾分析2011~2013年本院儿科使用者32729例，发生不良反应26例，发生率为0.079%。不良反应以一般性的皮疹为主，2例严重者分别为严重紫绀伴皮疹和皮疹伴手足肿胀致住院，经对症处理后均恢复正常。由于热毒宁说明书未对3岁以下患儿的用法用量注明，故使用时须注意年龄限制。In pediatrics, Reduning Injections are widely used in large amount for upper respiratory tract infection, hand-foot-mouth disease and other diseases mainly infected by virus. Concerning its safety, 32729 cases of pediatric users in 2011-2013 in our hospital were reviewed and 26 cases of adverse reactions were found, the incidence rate was 0.079%. Adverse reactions were generally rashes. The 2 severe cases were respectively severe cyanosis with rash for one and swelling of the hands and feet with skin disease leading to hospitalization for another, both of them were restored to normal after symptomatic treatment. As no description for the usage of Reduning in children under 3 years old, one should pay attention to the age limit.
