摘 要:为探讨人参多糖对黑鲷生长性能及抗氧化酶mRNA表达的影响,给试验黑鲷分别投喂添加不同剂量人参多糖(0.2、0.4、0.8g/kg)的3种饲料,统计分析生长数据,并用实时荧光定量PCR对人参多糖组黑鲷肝脏内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)mRNA、过氧化氢酶(CAT)mRNA、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)mRNA在42d时的表达水平进行检测。结果显示:人参多糖显著提高黑鲷增重率和肝指数,脾指数、头肾指数、成活率无显著差异;SOD、CAT、GSH-PX mRNA表达量均呈上升趋势,其中Ⅰ组CAT mRNA表达量对比NC组差异显著,Ⅱ组SOD、CAT、GSH-PX mRNA表达量对比NC组差异均显著且分别提高137.28%、57.00%、117.62%;Ⅲ组SOD mRNA对比NC组差异不显著,CAT、GSH-PX mRNA表达量对比NC组差异均显著且分别提高38.87%、170.59%。人参多糖能促进黑鲷生长并影响黑鲷非特异性免疫功能,其中以0.4g/kg剂量人参多糖效果最佳。In order to investigate the effects of ginseng polysaccharides on growth index and mRNA expression of antioxidant enzyme in Sparus inacrocephalus,S.inacrocephalus were fed with three different doses of ginseng polysaccharides(0.2,0.4,0.8g/kg).Growth data were collected and statistically analyzed.Expression levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)mRNAs were detected by real-time PCR at 42 din the liver.The results showed that dietary ginseng polysaccharides affected the weight gaining rate and hepatosomatic index of S.inacrocephalus significantly.The spleen index,head kidney index and survival ratio had no significant difference with the NC group.The expression of SOD,CAT,GSH-PX mRNA showed an increasing trend.The expression of CAT mRNA in group I was significantly different from the NC group.The expression of SOD,CAT,and GSH-PX mRNA in groupⅡwas significantly increased by 137.28%,57.00% and 117.62%.The expression of SOD mRNA in group Ⅲ was not significantly different changed,and the expression of CAT,GSH-PX mRNA was significantly increased by 38.87%,170.59%.Ginseng polysaccharides can promote the growth and affect non-specific immune function of S.inacrocephalus,with 0.4g/kg dose of ginseng polysaccharides having the best performance.
