摘　　要：药学强化训练应该以学生的就业和创业引导教育,以提高专业技能为关键点,加强学生的自主学习和创新能力、团队协作意识、适应新岗位的能力以及对社会的认知程度。药学强化训练主要是通过在"模拟药房"中模拟案例、用药处方分析、药品不良反应监测和管理等方法来达到强化训练的效果。In pharmacy intensified training, we should guide and teach employment and entrepreneurship of the students, take improving professional skills as the key part, enhance students＇ ability of autonomic learning and innovating, teamwork, adjusting new job and social cognition. We obtain the effects mainly through the simulation cases in ＂simulated dispensary＂, prescription analysis, monitoring and management of adverse drug reaction in pharmacy intensified training.
