芪苈强心胶囊对老年缺血性心肌病伴心力衰竭患者血浆NT-proBNP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊对老年缺血性心肌病伴心力衰竭患者心功能及血浆NT-proBNP水平的影响。方法:将60例老年缺血性心肌病伴心力衰竭患者分为2组,对照组30例给予常规治疗,治疗组30例在此基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组显效15例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率83.3%;对照组显效13例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后LVDD下降、LVEF上升治疗组较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。血浆NT-proBNP治疗后2组均明显下降(P<0.05),观察组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊联合传统药物治疗老年缺血性心肌病伴心力衰竭,可有效改善患者的心功能及临床症状。Objective： To survey the influence of QiLi QiangXin capsules on the levels of NT-proBNP in the plasma and heart function of the patients suffering from senile ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into two group, the control group accepted routine treatment and the treatment group QiLi QiangXin capsules on the basis of routine treatment. Results： There were 15 cases markedly effective, ten cases effective, five cases ineffective and total effective rates of the treatment group was 83.3%; while 13 cases markedly effective, nine cases effective, eight cases ineffective, total effective rate of the control group 70.0%,the differences demonstrated statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. After treating, the treatment group was more notable than the control group in LVDD decrease and LVEF increase（P〈0.05）. The levels of NT-proBNP in the plasma in both groups decreased remarkably after treating（P〈0.05）, the decrease of the observation group was more evident（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： QiLi QiangXin capsules jointed with traditional medicine in treating senile ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure could effectively improve heart function and clinical symptoms of the patients.
