摘　　要：目的:观察接骨丹对于骨折愈合及骨形成的影响。方法:采用开放性骨折模型制作方法制作大鼠骨缺损模型,通过拍摄胫骨X光片,并根据骨折肢X片评分标准,对各组大鼠在不同时间段进行相应的评分。在此评分基础上,考察接骨丹对于骨折愈合及骨形成的影响。结果:给药组相较于空白组骨缺损部位骨痂生成良好、骨缺损明显减小、骨折肢X线片评分明显高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论:接骨丹对于骨折愈合及骨形成有促进作用。Objective： To survey the effects of JieGu pills on the healing of bone fracture and bone formation.Methods： Rat model with bone defect was prepared by the method of open fracture model making, the rats in the groups were scaled in different times by taking tibial X ray and evaluation standards of bone fracture limb X ray. On the foundation, to investigate the effects of JieGu pill on the healing of bone fracture and bone formation. Results：Compared with the blank group, the medication group showed better formation of callus and less bone defects, higher than blank control group in the scales of bone fracture limb X ray obviously（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jie Gu pill could promote the healing of bone fracture and bone formation.
