浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声表现与病理分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声表现及病理特点。方法:对45例经手术病理证实的浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声影像资料进行回顾性分析,应用BI-RADS诊断标准对病灶进行分级。结果:45患者例中,超声声像图表现为单纯导管扩张型5例,占11.1%;囊肿型3例,占6.7%;实块型15例,占33.3%;脓肿型22例,占48.9%。BI-RADSⅡ级7例,Ⅲ级11例,Ⅳ级24例,Ⅴ级3例。结论:浆细胞性乳腺炎病变早期导管扩张期,声像图表现为单纯导管扩张或囊肿型,浆细胞肉芽肿期声像图表现为实性肿块型。化脓性肉芽肿期声像图表现为脓肿型。二维超声图像能够一定程度反映浆细胞性乳腺炎的大体病理变化。Objective：To explore the ultrasound and pathological characteristics of the plasma cell mastitis.Methods：45 patients with plasma cell mastitis confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively,ultrasound images data of 45 patients were evaluated with BI-RADS lexicon. Results：According to the ultrasonography,breast lesions were divided into 4 types：sonographic simple catheter dilated five cases,accounting for 11.1%;cyst in 3 cases,accounting for 6.7%;solid block of 15 cases,accounting for 33.3%;abscess in 22 cases,accounting for 48.9%. 7 were BI-RADS grade 2,11 were BI-RADS grade 3,24 were BI-RADS grade 4,3 were BI-RADS grade 5. Conclusion Plasma cell mastitis lesions early catheter dilation of sonographic simple duct ectasia or cyst type,plasma cell granuloma of sonographic solid tumor type. Pyogenic granuloma of sonographic abscess type. Dimensional ultrasound image to a certain extent reflect the pathologic changes of the plasma cell mastitis.
