风湿三项指标在类风湿患者诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨风湿三项指标在类风湿患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法 215例类风湿患者为类风湿组,126例健康人员为健康组,分别采用免疫散射比浊速率法定量检测血清RF、ASO的浓度,Westergren法检测ESR,比较两组研究对象的三项指标检测结果、阳性率及诊断效能。结果类风湿组RF、ASO、ESR水平高于健康组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。类风湿组风湿三项指标及三项联合的阳性率均高于健康组(P<0.05)。阳性预测值中RF+ASO+ESR最高,为92.70%,阴性预测值中RF最高,为84.25%。结论虽然单独的RF、ASO、ESR能够辅助类风湿的诊断,但三项联合检测能够提高类风湿早期诊断的准确性,减少误诊率。Objective To discuss the application value of rheumatoid three indicators in the diagnosis of rheumatoid.Methods 215 cases of rheumatoid were chosen as rheumatoid group,126 cases of healthy people were chosen as healthy group.They used rate nephelometry and to examine concentration of serum RF,ASO quantitatively,and Westergren method to examine ESR.Results RF,ASO,ESR levels in rheumatoid group were significantly higher than healthy group（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of rheumatoid three indicators and combination of three indicators were significantly higher than healthy group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Although separate RF,ASO,ESR detection can help to diagnose rheumatoid,the combination of three indicators detection can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of rheumatoid and reduce misdiagnosis rate.
