尼莫地平联用硫酸镁治疗中重度妊娠期高血压病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析尼莫地平联用硫酸镁治疗中重度妊娠期高血压病的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年4月~2015年4月本院收治的64例中重度妊娠期高血压患者临床资料,按治疗方法的不同分为两组（各32例）。研究组在其基础上行尼莫地平片治疗,对比两组血压水平以及并发症发生情况。结果两组血压水平均较治疗前改善,且研究组改善幅度优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用尼莫地平联合硫酸镁治疗中重度妊娠期高血压病的效果显著。Objective Analysis of efficacy of nimodipine combined with magnesium sulfate treatment of moderate to severe gestational hypertension.Methods Retrospective analysis in April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital patients with severe gestational hypertension 64 cases,according to the treatment were divided into two groups（32 cases each）.Study Group uplink nimodipine tablets treatment on its basis,compared two groups of blood pressure and complications from happening.Results Blood pressure levels than before treatment improved,and the magnitude of the improvement study group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined use of nimodipine and magnesium sulfate treatment of moderate to severe gestational hypertension effect is remarkable.
