吸入用布地奈德混悬液缓解成人支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察吸入用布地奈德混悬液缓解成人支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法选择2013年2月~2015年2月于我院确诊为支气管哮喘且处于急性发作期的患者60例,随机分为两组。其中对照组则采用常规泼尼松口服联合沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合沙丁胺醇治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组（χ2=6.51,P〈0.05）。结论布地奈德较口服泼尼松龙治疗成人支气管哮喘急性发作效果更佳。Objective To observe the Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation acute clinical efficacy of adult bronchial asthma remission.Methods 60 cases of patients with acute phase diagnosed as bronchial asthma from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital,randomly divided into two groups.The control group with normal oral prednisone with salbutamol therapy,observation group with inhalation with cloth to Ned suspension liquid atomization inhalation combined albuterol.Compare two groups after treatment in patients with clinical efficacy.Results Observation curative effect is better than that of control group（χ2=6.51,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Budesonide oral prednisone dragon better treatment effect of adult acute bronchial asthma.
