局部药物封闭治疗肩峰下撞击综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察类固醇类药物肩峰下穿刺注射局部封闭治疗肩峰下撞击综合征的临床效果。方法对32例肩峰下撞击综合征患者采取肩峰下病变及疼痛部位类固醇药物局部注射治疗,对接受治疗的患者进行3~6个月随访,使用Constant Murley肩关节评分比较治疗前后肩关节功能情况。结果治疗结束后功能评分为（85.2±3.5）分,优于治疗前的（45.6±3.2）分（P〈0.05）。本组优16例,良11例,中4例,差1例,优良率达84.4%。结论类固醇类药局部封闭对肩峰下撞击综合征有良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of subacromial block therapy by diprospan injection in the treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome（SIS）.Methods 32 patients with SIS were injected diprospan dilution（diprospan＋1%lidocaine） in the subacromial bursa.Constant Murley shoulder score were adopted to evaluate the shoulder function before and after reatment.Results After treatment,the functional score was（85.2±3.5） points,better than that of before treatment（45.6±3.2）（P〈0.05）.This group 16 cases of good,11 cases of nice,4 cases of middle,1 case of poor,fine rate was 84.4%.Conclusion The treatment of blocking therapy is an easy,safe and effective method in the treatment of SIS.
