硝酸异山梨酯联合环磷腺苷葡胺对老年心绞痛的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨硝酸异山梨酯联合环磷腺苷葡胺在老年心绞痛患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院老年心绞痛患者106例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(硝酸异山梨酯治疗)与观察组(硝酸异山梨酯联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗)。结果观察组心率改善情况优于对照组;治疗有效率为94.34%,高于对照组的77.36%;且观察组不良反应发生率为3.77%,低于对照组的15.09%(P<0.05)。结论硝酸异山梨酯联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗老年心绞痛的临床效果显著。Objective To investigate isosorbide dinitrate combined with cyclic adenosine monophosphate meglumine application results in the treatment of elderly patients with angina pectoris.Methods Elderly patients with angina pectoris in our hospital 106 cases were randomly divided into control group（isosorbide dinitrate therapy） and observation group（isosorbide dinitrate joint ring meglumine adenosine treatment）.Results The heart rate improvement than the control group,therapeutically effective rate was 94.34%,higher than that 77.36%,the poor and the observation group reactions was 3.77%,down from 15.09% in the control group,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Isosorbide dinitrate joint ring meglumine adenosine treatment of senile angina significant clinical effect.
