环磷酰胺冲击治疗肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎患儿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察环磷酰胺（CTX）静脉冲击治疗肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎（HSPN）的疗效。方法将15例临床表现为肾病综合征型HSPN患儿,给予CTX静脉冲击治疗,随访6~12个月。结果冲击治疗后8例完全缓解,5例部分缓解,2例无效,总有效率86.7%;治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 CTX冲击联合激素治疗肾病综合征型HSPN疗效好,不良反应少。Objective Observation of cyclophosphamide（CTX） intravenous pulse therapy of nephrotic syndrome purpuric nephritis（HSPN） effect.Methods of 15 cases clinical manifestations in children with nephrotic syndrome by HSPN,CTX pulse therapy 6-12 months of follow-up.Results Impact treatment of 8 patients after complete remission,5 cases of partial remission,2 invalid,the total effective rate 86.7%,24 h before and after treatment of urinary protein difference statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion CTX impact combined with hormone treatment of nephrotic syndrome-HSPN efficacy,adverse reactions are less.
