摘　　要：目的探讨对手术室护理人员进行患者术中压疮认知与防范行为培训的作用。方法对某三甲医院的27名在职护理人员进行患者术中压疮认知与防范行为相关护理行为进行调查,并对其进行相关护理知识的培训,比较培训前后护理人员护理行为变化,并对培训效果进行评估。结果培训后,手术室护理人员对压疮的认知及防范护理水平高于培训前。结论对手术室护理人员进行有效的培训,能提高其对压疮认知及防范护理水平,使患者得到安全的压疮护理。Objective To study the medium pressure sores and the problems of operating room nursing for patients with cognitive and behavior training to prevent.Methods 27 armour hospital nursing personnel art mediumpressure sore patients cognition and behavior related to prevent nursing behavior investigation,and carries on the related training of nursing knowledge,more nurses nursing behavior changes before and after the training,and to evaluate training effect.Results After the training,the operating room nurses＇ knowledge of pressure ulcers and prevent nursing level obviously is higher than before the training.Conclusion The effective training of the operating room nursing staff,can improve the cognitive and protection for pressure ulcer care level,make the patient get the pressure ulcer nursing safety.
