摘　　要：目的探讨颈椎前路减压术围手术期的呼吸指导和护理方法。方法随机选取2012年5月~2014年9月进行颈椎前路减压术患者148例,对其围手术期进行呼吸指导和护理。结果所有颈椎前路减压术患者经过呼吸指导和护理后,其焦虑、抑郁情绪都有了较大的改善,而且与护理前对比,患者的SAS评分与SDS评分降低。结论有效的呼吸指导和全面的护理能够有效改善颈椎前路减压术患者围手术期的心理状态,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the respiratory guidance and nursing care in the perioperative period.Methods 148 patients with anterior cervical decompression were randomly selected from May 2012 to September 2014.Results All of the patients with anterior cervical decompression and nursing,the anxiety and depression of the patients have been improved significantly,but the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower.Conclusion Effective respiratory guidance and comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the psychological status of patients with cervical anterior decompression and improve the quality of life of patients.
