^(90)锶大剂量敷贴治疗增生性瘢痕临床护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨90锶大剂量敷贴治疗增生性瘢痕的临床护理方法及效果。方法选取我院于2013年6月~2014年6月收治的增生性瘢痕患者90例作为临床研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。两组患者均采用90锶大剂量敷贴进行治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者给予个体化护理干预,而对照组不给予护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组患者的77.78%,结果比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在90锶大剂量敷贴治疗增生性瘢痕的过程中实施个体化护理干预,能够提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing method and effect of large dose of 90 Strontium in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.Methods 90 cases of hypertrophic scar treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated byusing the 90 Sr large dose,on this basis,the observation group were given individual nursing intervention,while the control group was not given care.To compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 77.78%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the process of the treatment of hypertrophic scar with large dose of 90 strontium,individual nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect.
