预防性护理模式对特重型脑外伤患者鼻饲并发症发生的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析探讨预防性护理模式对特重型脑外伤患者鼻饲并发症发生的效果。方法选择我院收治的特重型脑外伤患者80例作为研究对象,对其进行分组,实验组40例给予预防性护理,对照组40例给予常规护理。结果实验组的鼻饲并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理模式对特重型脑外伤患者具有显著的应用价值。Objective To analyze the prevention of severe brain trauma patients with nasal feeding complications of nursing effect.Methods Severe traumatic brain injury patients with 80 cases as the research object,carries on the grouping,the experimental group 40 cases given preventive nursing in our hospital choices,and the control group（40 cases） was given routine nursing care.Results In the experimental group,the nasal feeding complications occurrence rate is lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,in the experimental group,the hospitalization time was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The preventive nursing mode for patients with special severe brain trauma has significant application value.
