品管圈在降低心血管介入术后穿刺部位并发症中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低介入术后穿刺部位并发症中的效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,对介入术后穿刺部位并发症进行统计及原因分析,根据分析结果拟定实施对策,并就活动前后结果进行比较。结果采用品管圈活动后,心血管介入术后穿刺部位并发症发生率明显下降。结论开展品管圈活动可以有效降低心血管介入术后穿刺部位并发症的发生率。Objective To investigate the QCC intervention in reducing postoperative complications of the puncture site in the results.Methods Founded QCC team,interventional postoperative complications puncture site statistics and analysis of causes,develop implementing countermeasures based on analysis results,and the results were compared to around activities.Results With QCC,puncture site after cardiovascular intervention significantly decreased the incidence of complications.Conclusion To carry out quality control circles can effectively reduce cardiovascular interventional postoperative complication rate puncture site.
