摘　　要：实时三维超声心动图能够快速、实时地显示心脏三维空间结构及在三维空间上准确定量心脏指标,并能为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心脏瓣膜病及先天性心脏病提供新的图像视角。四维左室容积定量分析工具可快速地半自动检测心内膜边界,定量测量左室容积和心功能。实时三维超声心动图在各类心脏疾病的诊断、治疗及预后评估中起到越来越重要的作用。本文就实时三维超声心动图的成像原理、临床应用及研究进展进行综述。Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography（RT-3DE） can not only display the spatial structure of the heart fast and real-timely and accurately quantify parameters of the heart,but also provide new applicable image perspective in determining coronary heart disease,valvular heart disease and congenital heart disease.Newly invented four-dimensional left ventricular volume quantitative（4D LVQ） tool can quickly and semi-automaticlly detect endocardial borders,quantitatively measure left ventricular volume and function.RT-3DE plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis assessment of patients with various forms of cardiovascular disease.In this article,we review the principles,clinical applications,and progress in research on RT-3DE.
