摘　　要：随着微泡造影剂的逐渐发展,其在子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用也越来越广泛。微泡造影剂在高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤中有较好的增效作用,其研究越来越受到关注。本文就微泡造影剂在HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤中的增效原因、作用及目前的研究进展做一综述。With the gradual development of microbubble contrast agent,the application in treatment of uterine fibroids is becoming more and more widely,and using microbubble contrast agent to enhance the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） for treatment of uterine fibroids has been payed more and more attention.In this paper,the cause of synergy,the role of microbubble contrast agent in HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids and recent progress in researches are reviewed.
