重庆大型活动志愿者管理探究——以第十二届中国国际摩托车博览会为例

摘　　要：近年来,重庆会展业发展迅猛,会展活动特别是一些大型活动,不论是从数量,还是质量方面都会有很大的提升。志愿者在大型活动中占有极其重要的位置,是直接面对参展商和观众的特殊群体。但目前重庆大型活动中对志愿者的组织和管理尚有一些不足,直接影响了部分会展服务的质量。文章以第十二届中国国际摩托车博览会为例,对志愿者管理中的经验和不足进行总结,并提出针对性的建议,希望能对同类型的大型活动志愿者管理工作有所启发。In recent years,the conference and exhibition industry is developing rapidly in Chongqing,and conference and exhibition activities,especially some large-scale activities,have been greatly improved both in terms of quantity and quality.Volunteers occupy a vital position in the large-scale activities,as they are a specific group directly facing exhibitors and visitors.But at present,there are still some shortcomings in volunteer organization and management for large-scale activities in Chongqing,directly affecting the quality of services for some conferences and exhibitions.In this paper,with the 12 th China International Motorcycle Trade Exhibition as an example,the experience and shortcomings in volunteer management were summarized and targeted recommendations wree made,hoping to inspire the volunteer management for other large-scale activities of the same type in Chongqing and even the whole country.
