摘　　要：简要介绍了工业炸药药卷自动蜡封装置的研究背景和研发过程。该装置能够满足蜡液必须与药卷成垂直状态的要求,并能蜡封药卷封口端部和药卷折缝处。用机械方式取代人工操作,不仅降低了操作人员的劳动强度,减少了操作人员因吸入大量蜡烟、蜡液挥发气对身体造成的伤害,还能与其他设备组成机械化程度高、易于集中控制的连续化生产设备。This paper briefly introduces the research background and the development process of the automatic wax seal device of the industrial explosive. The device can meet the liquid wax must and medicine is rolled into a vertical state, and wax seal cartridge seal end and drug volume creases. Using mechanical method instead of manual operation, not only reduces the labor intensity of the operator, but also reduces the operating personnel due to inhalation of a large amount of wax, wax liquid volatile gas damage to the body, but also with other equipment to form a high degree of mechanization, easy to focus control of continuous production equipment.
