摘　　要：During the entry of specimen data from the paper by O＇Shea et al. （2015） into the database at the National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution （USNM）, one of us （KAT） realized that several errors existed, likely stemming from inverted specimen numbers, typos, or inadvertently skipping lines while transferring information from lines in a spreadsheet.
