摘　　要：精神状态与行为状态互为表里。中国共产党的精神状态直接影响其政治实践,其政治实践直接反映其精神状态。以习近平同志为总书记的党中央的政治作为是其精神状态的有力应证:夙夜在公、奋发有为、实干兴邦;海纳百川、心怀若谷、虚心学习;唱响革命精神、勇于自我革新;率先垂范,作风建设无止境、滴水穿石不弃滞;敢于担当,打响新的反腐败攻坚战和持久战;积极主动作为,大国外交彰显风范。新一届中央领导集体的精神状态必将引领全党全国人民的精神状态愈加昂扬振奋。The mental state and behavior state influence each other.The mental state of the Communist Party of China directly affects its political practice,the political practice directly reflects its mental state.Since the Eighteenth Congress of Communist Party of China,the political practices of the CPC Central Committee,comrade Xi Jin-ping as general secretary,reflect powerfully its mental state.The mental state of CPC embodies mainly that attending works for the people,being enthusiastic and press on,pragmatic action for country＇s development;learning with an open mind;exalting revolutionary spirit,taking the courage to reinvent itself;to do the style construction endlessly;Beginning a new battle of anti-corruption battle;showing noble character and sterling integrity in diplomatic field,and so on.The new central collective leadership＇s mental state is leading mental states of the whole party and all people running high more and more.
