聚丙烯装置聚合工段的HAZOP分析研究

摘　　要：运用HAZOP分析了聚丙烯装置聚合工段6个节点中的工艺危害、可操作性及风险控制等问题。通过分析,找出了影响聚丙烯装置聚合工段稳定运行的核心要素,并针对各核心要素提出保护措施。HAZOP analysis is used to 6 polymerization process nodes harm, operability and risk control and other issues in this paper. Through analysis to identify the core elements of the impact polypropylene unit polymerization section and stable operation, and proposed protective measures for each of the core elements.
