摘  要:建立一种简便、快速的固相萃取-高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定13种复合维生素(注射用)中2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)的方法。色谱柱为Inertsil?ODS-SP,(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇与水(体积比90∶10),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为25℃。结果:BHT在0.5005-32.032μg/m L范围内具有良好线性关系,检测限为0.12μg/m L,定量限为0.30μg/m L;加标回收率为86.66%-92.48%,相应RSD为2.77%-3.89%。结论:本方法快速简便,准确可靠,可用于13种复合维生素(注射用)中BHT的质量控制。A simple and rapid method for the determination of BHT in 13 vitamins for injection was developed using Solid Phase Extraction(SPE) combined with HPLC. Inertsil#174; ODS-SP,(5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm) was used as separation column at 25 ℃.The eluent was methanol-water(Volume ratio is 90 to 10) at flow rate of 1.0 m L/min and a UV detector was adjusted at 280 nm.Under this HPLC conditions,the results showed that there was a good liner relationship in the concentration range of 0.5005~32.032 μg/m L.The detection limit of BHT was 0.12 μg/m L and the quantitation limit was 0.30 μg/m L. The recoveries of BHT in 13 vitamins for injection were in the range of 86.66 %~92.48 %;with relative standrad deviation of 2.77 %~3.89 %.The method is simple,reliable and sensitive for fast determination of BHT in 13 vitamins for injection.
