离子色谱法测定替硝唑葡萄糖注射液中亚硝酸盐的含量

摘　　要：采用Ion Pac AS11-HC型Analytical 4×250 mm色谱柱,电导检测法,以浓度为20 mmo L·L-1 KOH溶液为淋洗液,利用离子色谱法测定了替硝唑葡萄糖注射液中亚硝酸根的含量。结果表明,在0.0015-0.055μg范围内,亚硝酸根进样量呈现出良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.1%。本方法简单方便、快速准确、可操作性强,适用于替硝唑葡萄糖注射液中亚硝酸根的含量测定。Using Ion Pac#174;AS11-HC, Analytical 4×250 mm as chromatographic column, potassium hydroxide solution（20 mmo L·L-1） as mobile phase, conductance detection as the detection method, the content of nitrite was determined in tinidazole and glucose injection by ion chromatography. The results showed it took a good linear relationship when the sampl weight of nitrite within the range of 0.0015~0.055 μg; the average recovery was 99.1 %. The methed was simple and convenient, quick and accurate, and could be used for determination of nitrite in tinidazole and glucose injection.
