摘　　要：产学研教学模式是培养应用型药学人才的有效途径。鉴于此,桂林医学院药学院进行了人才培养模式的改革与实践,从浅到深三个不同层次实施产学研教学,推动和深化药学专业的教学,提高了药学人才培养质量。Teaching mode of industry-university-research is a effective way to cultivate application-oriented talents of pharmacy. In view of this, talent training mode has be changed in the pharmcy college of Guilin Medical University, carried out the teaching mode of industry-university-research from three different levels,in order to promote the teaching and improve the quality of pharmaceutical talents.
