女性听神经瘤艾森克人格特征及中医“性理疗病法”相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究女性听神经瘤患者的艾森克人格和性理五毒特征,为临床诊治及研究提供参考。方法对60例女性听神经瘤患者进行艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)(成人版)调查,分析结果,并进行中医性理疗病法的五毒特征汇总。结果女性听神经瘤患者N量表(神经质)的分值明显高于常模组(P<0.05)。在性理五毒方面,女性听神经瘤患者主要存在"阴木""阴水"和"阴土"的特征。结论女性听神经瘤患者普遍具有神经质的人格特征,多存在"阴木"好怒、"阴水"好烦、"阴土"好怨,临床诊治及研究时应多关注并加以干预。Objective It is to investigate and analysis the personality character and ＂Wudu＂ in acoustic neurilemoma patients to provide evidence for clinical treatment and study. Methods 60 female acoustic neurilemoma were chosen and were evaluated by Eysenck＇ s personality questionaire （ EPQ）, the results were analyzed to find out the ＂Wudu＂ characters. Results The scores of N scales（neurotieism） of female acoustic neurilemoma patients were signifleantly higher than that of normal group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ＂Yinmu＂ ＂Yinshui＂ and ＂Yintu＂ were the main characters of Xingli Wudu in the female patients with acoustic neurilemoma. Conclusion Female acoustic neurilemoma patients general lend to have neurotieism personality proneness, which should be noticed in clinical work. And they tend to have anger of ＂Yinmu＂ and annoy of ＂Yinshui＂ and complant of ＂Yintu＂.
