低频脉冲电磁疗法对老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折Oswestry功能评分的影响

摘　　要：目的观察低频脉冲电磁疗法(PEMFs)治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法将老年骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者48例随机分为观察组和对照组各24例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予低频脉冲电磁疗法进行治疗。治疗3个月后,采用骨代谢指标β-CTx和Oswestry功能量表评价临床疗效。结果治疗后2组β-CTx水平及Oswestry评分均明显改善(P均<0.05),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论低频脉冲电磁疗可抑制老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者骨量流失,改善腰部活动功能,具有增效作用。Objective It is to observe the efficacy of low-frequency pulse electromagnetic field（PEMFs） in senile patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods 48 senile patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with normal western medicine, and the observation group was added PEMFs. After 3 months of treatment, β - collagen levels and the score of Oswestry were adopted to evaluate the clinical efficacy in the two groups. Results β - collagen levels and the score of Oswestry were significantly improved in both groups （ P all 〈 0. 05 ） , and the improvements in observation group were obvi- ously better than that in control group （ P all 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion PEMFs can significantly hold up the leave of bone mass in the patients with SOVCF and improve the movement of the waist with good effect to improve the curative effect.
