摘　　要：介绍了高校图书馆构建自身核心竞争力的背景,深入分析了高校图书馆核心竞争力发展中存在的问题,从核心竞争力定位、服务模式优化、技术与管理创新、人才队伍建设等多个角度出发,探讨了符合高校图书馆持续发展的核心竞争力培育体系。This paper expounds the background of building university library＇s its core competence,analyzes in depth the problems existing in the development of the core competence of university library, and separately from the core competence positioning, service mode optimization, technology and management innovation, and talent team construction,etc., probes into the core competence cultivation system in accordance with the sustainable development of university library.
