摘　　要：地方高校图书馆是"非遗"保护与传承的重要阵地。徐州唯一的地方高校——徐州工程学院图书馆确立了在"非遗"保护、传承中的角色定位,充分发挥了人才、技术、资源和地域优势,建立了"淮海地区非遗数字资源库"与"淮海地区非遗网站",以数字化的形式全方位展示了淮海地区非物质文化遗产的"家珍",实现了区域"非遗"资源共享,为"非遗"的科学研究和保护提供了信息资源服务,营造了良好的"非遗"教育环境,培养了"非遗"接班人。"徐州文库"的建立是弘扬地方优秀文化、为地方文化建设服务的又一贡献。The local university library is an important position for protecting and inheriting the intangible cultural heritages. The library of Xuzhou Institute of Technology, which is the only local university in Xuzhou City, has established its role definition in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritages, made full use of its advantages in aspects of talent, technology, resource and region, built ＂Huaihai Area＇s Digital Repository of Intangible Cultural Heritages＂and＂Huaihai Area＇s Website of Intangible Cultural Heritages＂, realized the sharing of regional resources of intangible cultural heritages, provided information resources service for the scientific research and protection of intangible cultural heritages,created excellent education environment of intangible cultural heritages, and fostered the successors of intangible cultural heritages. The establishment of Xuzhou Library is another contribution for carrying forward the excellent local culture and serving the local culture construction.
