摘　　要：近年来,高校图书馆的图书借阅率呈逐年下降的趋势。分析了高校图书馆图书借阅率下降的原因,阐述了对图书借阅率下降现象的看法,从不同的角度论述了高校图书馆图书借阅率下降并不等于读者阅读率下降,探讨了提高高校图书馆图书借阅率的对策。In recent years, the books＇ circulation rate of university library shows a downward trend year by year. This paper analyzes the causes why the books＇ circulation rate of university library declines, expounds some opinions on the decline of the books＇ circulation rate of university library, and from different angles, points out that the decline of the books＇ circulation rate of university library is not the same as the decline of readers＇ reading rate, and probes into some countermeasures for improving the books＇ circulation rate of university library.
