摘  要:胜利油田桩西区块地温梯度大、井底温度较高、水平段长、井眼尺寸小,在钻探过程中易出现摩阻高、扭矩大、排量小、携岩困难、井壁失稳等问题,对钻井液的抗温性能、润滑性能、携岩能力和防塌性能提出了较高的要求。针对该地区技术难点进行分析,对钻井液体系进行了优化及评价,优选出的钻井液体系采用天然改性低分子聚合物作为核心处理剂,具有抗温性好、携岩能力强、润滑性好等特点。该钻井液体系在桩74-1HF井的钻探中取得了良好的应用效果。Block Zhuangxi in the Shengli Oilfield is featured by biggeothermal gradient,high bottomhole temperature,long lateral section and low borehole diameter. High friction,bigtorque,low delivery capacity,low lifting capacity,wellbore instability and other problems frequently occurduring the drilling process,which put forward higher requirements for drilling fluid in temperature resistance,lubricity,lifting capacity and anti- collapse performance. The technical issues in this block were analyzed and the drilling fluid system was optimized and evaluated. Natural modified low molecularpolymer was taken as the core treating agent in the drilling fluid system,which is featured by high temperature resistance,perfect carryingcapacity,good lubrication,etc. This drilling fluid system was effectively applied in the drilling of Well Zhuang74- 1HF.
