试论馆藏民国期刊的开发

摘　　要：民国期刊作为演绎上世纪民国历史的最佳文本,极具史料价值。各类图书馆和出版机构采取数字化方式和影印再版的方式对民国期刊进行开发,但存在着缺乏权威机构协调、缺乏统一标准、开发内容不够深入等问题。建议以大型专题期刊汇编和专题论文汇编等方式对民国期刊进行深层次的挖掘;成立权威机构,统一协调建设高水平的、大型综合性的民国期刊全文数据库;以本馆工作实践为例,建议各馆建设具有本馆特色的民国期刊专题数据库。Journals of the Republic of China can reflect the history of last century,so it has great historical value.All kinds of libraries and publishers took the digital and copying mode in developing the journals of that time,but there are still many problems such as no standards of the authority organization,the content is only skin- deep and so on. The author recommends to use the large project journal assembly and monographs assembly methods to explore the journals of the Republic of China; establish authority organization and build high level full- text database of the journals of the Republic of China. At the same time,the libraries should construct subject datebase of journals of the Republic of China with its own features.
