摘  要:G-M型脉管制冷机作为一项成熟的低温制冷技术,尚缺少公开的整机模拟分析方法。Sage软件包含压缩机、高低压切换阀和脉管制冷机冷头相关部件等模型。使用Sage软件建立了单级G-M型小孔脉管制冷机整机模型。将现有单级G-M型小孔脉管制冷机的实验设计参数作为输入参数,将Sage模型的计算结果与该制冷机实验结果进行对比,初步验证了模型的准确性,并重点计算分析高低压切换阀的孔径、时序对制冷机性能的影响。The simulation of a whole G-M type pulse tube( GMPT) cryocooler system is not reported before,although this kind of cryocooler is a mature technology. The Sage software has the models of compressors,switching valves and the parts to make up the cold head of the pulse tube cryocoolers. The whole system of a single stage orifice GMPT cryocooler was simulated based on Sage. The design paremeters of an existed cryocooler are substituted into the Sage model and then the calculation results are compared to the existed experimental results. The preliminary validation can be achieved by the comparation. The effects of diameters and the time ratio of the switching valves were analized based on the calculation results.
