摘 要:制备了系列用于以甲醇、甲醛和多聚甲醛为原料合成聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODEn)的Sn Cl4改性大孔阳离子交换树脂催化剂,并用EDS、FT-IR和NH3-TPD方法对其进行了表征。研究了制备条件对催化剂性能的影响和反应条件对PODEn合成过程的影响。结果表明:在浸渍时间3h,浸渍温度75°C和Sn Cl4浸渍溶液量12m L的条件下,Sn Cl4改性催化剂催化效果最佳;Sn Cl4改性催化剂酸强度降低,酸性中心数量有所增加;采用效果最佳的催化剂,在最佳反应条件70°C、1.0MPa、质量空速1.0h-1和原料物质的量比n(CH2O):n(CH4O)=2.5:1下,甲醇转化率和目标产物PODE3-5选择性分别为41.10%和29.74%。A series of SnCh modified cation-exchange resin catalysts for synthesis of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers (PODE,) from methanol, formaldehyde and paraformaldehyde were prepared, and characterized by EDS, FT-IR and NH3-TPD. The effects of preparation conditions on catalyst performances and the effects of reaction conditions on PODE. synthesis were investigated. Results showed that the optimal SnCl4 modified cation-exchange resin catalyst was prepared by using a impregnating time of 3h, a impregnating temperature of 75℃ and a dose of SnC[4 impregnating solution of 12mL; modification by SnC14 could decrease acid strength of the catalyst, but increase the number of strong acid sites on the catalyst; over the optimal catalyst, under the optimal reaction condition, 70℃, 1.0MPa, WHSV of 1.0h1 and feedstock n(CH20)/n(CH3OH) of 2.5, the conversion of methanol and the selectivity to PODE3.5 were 41.1% and 29.74%, respectively.
