摘 要:以铈掺杂的Zr O2-Al2O3复合氧化物为载体制备了Ni/Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3催化剂,考察了催化剂对煤层气的CH4三重整制合成气的稳定性及积炭性能。结果表明,w(Ni)为10%、n(Al)/n(Zr)为8、n(Ce)/n(Al)为0.015的Ni/Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3催化剂对CH4三重整制合成气反应有良好的活性和稳定性。体积组成为CH434.8%、CO224.8%、H2O 13.3%、O24.5%、N222.6%的原料气,在800℃、0.1MPa时,反应50h后,催化剂上的CH4转化率仍然>90%,CO2转化率>70%,催化剂的积炭量仅16%。A Ni/CeO2,-ZrO2-Al2O3 catalyst of Ni supported on Ce doped ZrO2-Al2O3 composite oxide was prepared, and its catalytic stability and anti-carbon deposit performance in tri-reforming of coal bed methane to syngas was investigated. Results showed that the catalyst with a Ni mass fraction of 10% and Al/Zr and Ce/Al atomic ratios of 8 and 0.015, respectively, exhibited good catalytic activity and stability. When using the mixed gas composed of CH4 34.8%, CO, 24.8%, H20 13.3%, 02 4.5% and N2 22.6% by volume as feed gas of the tri-reforming reaction, the conversions of CH4 and CO2 kept above 90% and 70%, respectively, for 50h at the reaction conditions of 800℃ and 0.1MPa, while the amount of carbon deposited on the catalyst was only 16% by mass after 50 h on stream.
